There are three ways to take your courses, in the classroom, online or by correspondence.

Classroom:  These classes are conducted onsite with the benefit of having a qualified instructor to assist you every step of the way. This personalized method affords you the opportunity to have personal explanations of complex concepts and guidance on passing exams.

This is a tried and true method if what you are looking for is to really learn something about the business of real estate in addition to just passing the exam.

The attendance requirements are only that you are present when class is in session in order to meet the requirements for taking the exam for the course.

Online:  This version is for those who are comfortable with the book version of a topic only and don't feel they need personal delivery of an instructor.
